The HEQC held a preparation workshop for selected evaluators on the 24^th June 2003 at the Kopanong Hotel in Benoni. Out of the selected evaluators, 40 managed to attend the preparation workshop. The objective of the workshop was to ensure that the evaluators understand the application of the minimum standards and criteria as stipulated in the MBA Re-Accreditation Manual. It was also intended that the participants understand roles and responsibilities, expectations and other related issues. These evaluators will then participate in the site evaluation visits of all institutions offering MBAs.
